Peaceful setting, really close to the outskirts of the town of Boston, Lincolnshire, the pub for a drink, and restaurant across the road. Also, on a platform in the corner. A nice size and well furnished units with extra heater.

Perfect family suite with great hospitality

During our short stay, we found the family suite to be spacious and accommodating, with a cute vibe that instantly. The kids loved the rocking horse in their room, and the whole place was conveniently located near a lively pub across the street. Breakfast was a real highlight. We enjoyed a hearty meal that left us all satisfied. I did wish for a slightly warmer initial room temperature upon arrival.

During trip everything was fine and we will choose the place for future trips. The restaurant here was lovely for dinner, we both ordered distinguished dishes.

I did face some issues, as the room was initially cold and the check-in process wasn't clear, which caused some inconvenience. It is good for families looking for value and a nice breakfast.

I faced issues with the check-in process as my name wasn't on the room list, causing confusion. There was a lack of staff presence. The noise from the fire doors became bothersome throughout my stay, impacting my overall comfort.

The rooms are well-sized and come with tea and coffee facilities plus a decent selection of TV channels, a nice touch for a relaxing evening. The breakfast is pretty adaptable, with options beyond the standard full English if you have preferences.

There are some cleanliness concerns. Reports mention unclean sheets with hair and other debris. The bathrooms could use some updating, and there were also instances of room mix-ups that caused inconvenience, which isn't ideal for any solo traveler. Parking seemed a bit chaotic, with recovery vehicles taking up space.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's still good value.

Blimey, what a cheeky little retreat! The brekkie was a proper treat, best I 'ad all trip. Nice and spacious room with lovely views, but it could do with a lil’ sprucing up. a nice spot, but ain’t no five-star affair!

Comfortable stay with free Wi-Fi and picnic area. Bathroom cleanliness was lacking.
